Our Recruitment Policy is simple… when we recruit, we specifically look for professional, trainable, open-minded individuals, that are able to work both individually and in a team. We look for people that want to continuously up-skill themselves, and that are always willing to jump in and get their hands dirty.

We do not use CV-screening systems or employment agencies, and rather believe in an individualised approach.

From our perspective, a company’s employees are one of its greatest, most important assets. Our recruitment process therefore varies, depending on the nature and scope of the position.
