The Parental Alienation Foundation of South Africa

Parental Alienation as a form of emotional child abuse and is the single most important concern for Family Law practitioners in South Africa come 2019. No longer can this serious situation be ignored by the Office of the Family Advocate or the Courts. The mission of The Parental Alienation Foundation of South Africa is to have the South African law changed, to meet international standards and to criminalize this emotional abuse. No longer will we stand by idol as more and more children in South Africa fall victim to a judicial system that refuses to remain relevant with the modern international criminal standards. We all need to give a real voice to those who can’t express their truth.

Parental Alienation is a form of emotional child abuse and is the single most important concern for Family Law practitioners in South Africa, come 2019.

No longer can this serious situation be ignored by the practitioners and Courts.

The Mission of The Parental Alienation Foundation of South Africa is to have the South African law changed, to meet international standards and to criminalise this emotional abuse.

No longer will we stand idly by, as more and more children in South Africa fall victim to a judicial system that refuses to remain relevant with the modern international criminal standards.

Professionals in the legal and medical industry, as well as officials in the public service working with Family Law and related matters, must be assessed, and properly trained, before they can be allowed to submit recommendations that have any effect on the rights of minor children.

We all need to give a real voice to those who can’t express their truth.
